Greetings all,
You may be wondering where I’ve gone and what I’ve been up to in the last while. Thought I’d make a post about it…. but first of all, I’ve been painting. More on that to come.
In brief, my love and I have been travelling a bit. Spain, New York, and a road trip through US south west and northern Mexico.
From 2 euro bottles of great wine in Spain, (the occasional?) corrupt cops fishing for bribes in Mexico, day hiking in Zion National Park and,…taking in Plays in New York (Gosh New York is expensive, expensive expensive!!!)…. We’ve been traipsing around, enjoying some extended travelling for the first time in our 23 years together.
We saw olive groves, orange trees, ancient castles and rock climbed in Spain,…. (also recovered from crippling pinched nerves and chicken pox…yes, chicken POX)…took great photos, ate copious tacos (and rock climbed…) in Mexico and took in some musicals and plays in New York and left empty pocketed but happy. Here are just a few photos.
We have also been renovating, trying to learn the guitar, hanging out with friends and gardening. To sum it all up, we’ve been trying to live it up, having a great time.
